My name is Raymond Richard and I sale cars as a full time income. I have a wife and three children my eldest son is off to college and I have one in high school and the youngest in elementary. I tell you this things because if you are in the market to make extra money, this video is a great way to make more money and not effect what you are currently doing.

Work like you need it! If you have your own business or if you work a 9 to 5 do it like a boss. Today at church my Pastor asked us to do our jobs like a boss. When people see you, and you put your all in your work you do the work of God. Allow God to work through you is what I learned today at church.

Crush that spreadsheet, mulch like you own the place, Pack those lunches like you’re the world champ of Capri Sun, as for me Sell cars like I’m the owner. God designed us to work, and he loves when we pile-drive our to – do lists, into oblivion. So let’s learn what it takes to work with purpose and authority.

If you have your own business you still have to work, so do it like a boss, Empower people to grow and see that their work is a expression of God. If you owned a McDonald’s you have to be consistent opening the doors or hire someone that will be open when your customers are depending on the doors to be open. Customer come to McDonalds because it’s fast and the food is consistent, customers have confidence in the brand. Ask yourself do you treat your business like a business?

The Boss in most cases get paid more because he or she know more, the amount of money you make and people you serve is a direct reflection of your personal value to the world. If you want to increase the amount of both in your life, the best way to do is to educate yourself. The more you learn, the more valuable you become. The more valuable you become, the more money you make.

I was taught to free my mind and you can as well from any limiting thoughts you have about yourself, your ability, or your financial status.
