When we surround ourselves around people that want to grow and want to see you grow its an amazing thing that happens. We started a small group of people with home business and we talk about things that are helping our business grow. We have people in our group that is in 5links, World Venture, Mary Kay, Ipay, Empower Network, Global Domain International just to name a few. Once I understood the action that needed to be taken I started to see results.

     If you want to grow your business you have to grow yourself, you have to learn new things and share them with your team. I was at a 5Links presentation and a top producer said to buy ads in a local newpaper and put an ad in the paper like " Work From Home Part-Time Making Full-Time Income". I am not a 5Links representative but I took action and I have a local paper, I now have people calling me. So many people want help you have to be able to help them. Why should a person join a business under you? Do you inspire them, can you teach them marketing ideas that work? I reading a book by Grant Cardone called the "Closers" he said when we don't close a deal take the c off close and then we lose. I did not join a business to lose.      I would like to share with you a great book by Eric Butterworth and in ch7 he says why not pick out the most difficult things facing you right now, and say: I know that this is the best thing that could happen to me, for I know that in the happening there is revealed a new lesson to learn and some new growth to experience. I know that within me is an unborn possibility of limitless potentialities, and this is my opportunity to begin to give birth to new ideas, new strength, and new vision. I accept the reality of the difficulty but not its permanence. I am not at the end of anything. I am simply between opportunities, between jobs. I know that in the movement of "it has come to pass," something wonderful is on its way to me far surpassing anything I have ever known before.

Hello I just came in from my morning jog and I remember reading a article on a guy making a living playing video games. So I called my kids in the room pulled up the article and read it to them. We talked about why a professional sports player on Sunday can get Nike to pay them a lot of money to wear gym shoes. Why because they have influence and millions of eyes watching them. I was reading Tony Robbins and he made a point to say people when they buy the product my feel better about themselves when they associate themselves with the product.

 

So Why did Swedish video-game playing star, Felix Kjellberg get millions to play video games on Youtube? One reason is he has 23 million people subscribe to his YouTube channel. I read a book and he said people that went looking for a drill did not go looking for a drill they went looking for something to make a hole, and the drill was the solution. If I was a kid, and I have three children. I can see Felix marketing, he entertains and the problem he fixes or hole he drills (parable) is he reviews the games, kids are thinking "should we buy the game is it fun?' He may even show you how to finish a board you were trying to complete.

Happy Father's Dad

Today I just wanted to take the time to say happy father's day to all those that are bless to have children. My children are a great joy to me. When I was having my older son my dad told me this would be the most happiest time of my life and not to miss it. Now that I am older I wish I could tell my dad he was right. My father has passed forward in life, and today I don't have the chance to let him no how his wisdom has got me to were I am now. I continue to try and get closer to God, relationship with my children and my wife because of Carlos Richard.

My name is Raymond Richard and I am writing this to help my family and friends that are looking to make extra money. I don't have time to spend with all them so I thought I make a blog post were I could email them and they could read it at their own time. Some of you know me but for those that have found me by others source of advertisement I will share alittle about myself. I am married and I have three Children, older son Devin heading to college (Xavier University-freshman 2014) proud dad. Brianna (Highschool- Junior) We travel to Jr. Olympics Track and field. Raymond (4th- Grade) Tech Guru, growing loves to eat. My wife and I live in Cincinnati, Ohio now, we have lived in Atlanta, GA, RochesterHills, MI, Orlando Fla. We are both in the automotive industry, we both attended highschool in Cincinnati, Ohio. My wife went to college in Atlanta, and I went to college in Ohio.

 

 

If you are like me and most young families you are going to need extra money for any of the many things that come up. I have found a few ways and I would like to share three ways with you that I use and anyone in any business can use them. Before I share them with you, you'll have to be open to new ideas and try something new step out your comfort zone for some of you. As I live in these cities God has bless me to meet wonderful people, and many times I was introduced to people that had wonderful business and wanted me to get involved. I did not take action and I see now that they are in another area of their lifes and not concerned about the things that concerns me. I tell you that story because I don't want you to not take action today and miss out on a great way to help your family make extra money by doing these few steps. I have a good friend in Orlando, Fla. who was buying real estate he and his wife was fixing them up and selling them, they are on to hotels now. We still talk on the phone, he help me buy my house from my brother were I made 20k in the deal, put in my pocket then I purchase a rental property that I own to these day. Thanks God for putting Jay and Shawntay in my life. I tell you that because I may be in your life so you can now benefit from the things I have learn how to make extra money maybe just to pay your car note or rent.

 

Step 1. - Educational product. I started reading this book and it put all the puzzles in place. I feel I can take any product and promote it and make money with his ideas that he teach. I like the book because you can learn at your own pace. You can turn around and sell it to your team or your upline, downline and make money. I read a great book by Steven Covey and he said to get more you must learn more and do more to be worth more. He said to Learn, Do, Teach. The things I learn I started a network group and I get to meet new leaders all the time. People now come to me.

 

To tell you the truth, building a home business and using the old methods can be costly and time consuming to say the least. I have attended a few home meeting, but with my kids events and spending time with my wife this is not the best way for me to grow fast.

If you can do (duplicate) what I am doing now you can blog. You may feel like you are not a good speller you have nothing to say, but if you talk on a cell phone you can communicate on a blog. Tell people what you are learning. Tell people about your kids events, vacation you have been on. Then share on Linkin, Facebook, Google Plus, any social media, to get more traffic.

 

I choose to use Blogger to blog because its FREE and Google own it. When you blog a post on blogger at the bottom of the blog is a social media button that you can use to blast out to tons of people. Blogger also gets picked up in Google search engines.

Community Boards Help My Business

 



What is a community board? Have you been in your local store  or coffee house and seen were a people or small business leave their cards? Does this work? I think so, today I picked up a card of  a Independent Designer for Origami Owl I called and she sales custom jewelry and she knows how to market. If you don't tell people what you do how will they know? Word of mouth you say. I like to market many ways and one of the ways I market is by putting business cards on community boards. If you have not out this in your marketing you should try many ways to market.

We have a network group that meets on Thursdays and we discuss marketing ways that work to grow our business. One of the ways that we talked about is Blogging, Email marketing, Google plus, Squidoo and many other ways we use to grow our business. What is blogging? A blog is a discussion or informational site published on the World Wide Web and consisting of discrete entries ("posts") typically displayed in reverse chronological order (the most recent post appears first). Until 2009 blogs were usually the work of a single individual, occasionally of a small group, and often covered a single subject.
